Ever since 2013 treasure hunts have been hidden among the annual regular collection of 250 models. Based on prior years, we can assume the 2016 Hot Wheels collection will include 15 regular treasure hunt (no longer marked by the green stripe on package) and 15 super treasure hunts. The regular treasure hunts are identified by the flame inside a circle emblem somewhere on the car to represent a treasure hunt. The super treasure hunts are still the same deal as last year sporting spectra-flame paint, real rubber tread tyre's and the famous "TH" logo.
